1. The GREEN Service Plan:  Only When You Need Us, Always When It Matters.

This plan includes; A Complete coverage of all household/structural pest(s). Including, but not limited to: Ants, Roaches, Spiders, Rodents, Bedbugs, Fleas/Ticks, and Termites. Basically any crawling insect that could invade the home. This GREEN package does NOT include any unnecessary preventative services. However, if you experience an active pest problem of any of the covered pest(s), we will provide the service(s) required to CONTROL the active pests.  This will come with a full 12-month guarantee for the specified pests.

* This service plan is GREEN pest control, "SO GREEN!" also known as "Integrated Pest Management" (IPM) at its absolute core. It will include identification, education, and targeted methods of control using no products/chemicals unless it is necessary. 

* This is a monthly subscription that is set up as an On Call, and As-needed basis with no hidden fees. Each service does have a $100 service copay at the time of your call. It is non-refundable.

3. The RED Service Plan:  Maximum Protection. Minimal Worry.

This package includes everything in the Green and Blue Service Plans (above), and a quarterly web wiping of the exterior of the home  ie. pool cage, eaves, windows, entry ways. Plus, A preventative barrier treatment to the foundation of the home every 3 months.

RED Pricing: 

$45.00 monthly for up to 2,500 sq. ft. of home. 

$50.00 monthly for 2,500-3,500 sq. ft. of home. 

$55.00 monthly for 3,500-4,500 sq. ft. of home.
